Mounting pillar was upside down and caused confusion at that time of the morning.
E-mailed 247AV and got a phone call back within seconds. It was clearly a Belinea company problem but the 247AV person was very friendly and helpful.
But it's a very nice monitor so 11 out of 10 for 247AV but only 8/10 for Belinea.

| 247AV.com where the most competitive company I could find when price checking for a Pioneer PDP-436SXE plasma TV. I was very hesitant about buying from them online as not only had I never heard of them before, but being based in Surrey they were a long distance from where I lived. I phoned them up to ask them some simple questions and immediately found their service very friendly and extremely helpful, even offering to stay on the line whilst I registered with them and order my TV.
After placing the order I received an email straight away confirming the order and showing my invoice details. I then received regular updates via email on how my order was processing, when it was being dispatched and it even stated the tracking reference number and TNT phone number so I could call them and get an idea of what time of day the TV would be delivered.
I placed the order late on a Monday night, the TV was delivered Thursday morning. Absolutely no problems at all from start to finish, I highly recommend 247AV.com. |
